    I can understand having to make a custom box to ship a 3 foot tall hookah, but not adding any protection is WILD, literally no paper bubble wrap or anything. Just a glass hookah in a plastic bag thrown in a box, and a week without any communication back on the issue. And it was shipped 4 days after purchase so there was plenty of time to package it safely.
