Packaging was amazing! Tons of bubble wrap and the rappel rack was positioned perfectly in the middle of the box.  I can appreciate this level of detail when it comes to shipping because I am trusting my life to this device.  Stainless steel repel racks are very strong, but dropping descending gear repeatedly can actually cause micro fractures. I’m very happy and confident.
