This all being said Customer service is horrendous they assume your stupid and rather than do a simple exchange they tell you it can't be bad cause of testing in house , based on interaction dont buy

I thought i had bought all of seller's remaining stock of this panel, and i was looking thru Ebay for 3 more identical to make a balanced set, lo and behold, seller suddenly had 10 more in stock. Anyhow, these 9 arrived in 5 days, with the usual damage to the cartons, courtesy of UPS. They were on the top shelf of the van, unsecured, waiting for a sudden swerve to crash down to the steel deck. Despite that, i got my panels! However, it is certainly NOT HQST’s fault on the delivery issue. It’s UPS’s fault the battery was two weeks late. In fact, I checked half an hour ago (12 pm-ish, 10/08/25) and according to UPS the battery is STILL in Ontario California, while it is actually 12’ from me in Orem Utah. ‘Nuf said about UPS.
