    Charms never shipped - seller says PO lost package, but it doesn't even show it was received by them. Very disappointing as I needed for a completion of a project. Seller did refund me promptly and seemed sincere in apology.

    This assumption that the order "never shipped" is incorrect. As you know per our conversation, this order was in fact shipped and a claim was filed with USPS. A refund was issued instantly following the multiple attempts to track this package via USPS. Unfortunately, some packages do not get scanned in error and/or get lost in transit (especially small ones). This is frustrating for a buyer as well as a seller.
