July 16th payment was cleared, seller had label created & confirmed tracking with USPS on July 20th, almost 2 weeks later on Friday Aug. 1st USPS confirms receipt of item & delivered on Aug. 6th. Seller claimed USPS had it earlier & forgot to update tracking. Really?? Neutral ratng
