Well made and easy to construct
This doll house was a hit with my grand daughter and a hit with me for it ease of construction (directions are clear) and all parts were clearly labeled and the construction is sturdy. The graphics on the walls, floor and roof of the doll house are excellent and there is lots of doll house furniture included in this kit. There are no people included in this kit. Fairly easy to put together
It was fairly easy to put together. My husband mixed up the colored screws a little, so he had to go back and change a few of them. It took him about 2 hrs. altogether. Good value on a starter dollhouse.

Cute and Good Deal.
My five-year old daughter loves it! It wasn't hard to assemble, though color or more detail on the instructions would have been nice a few times. The thin floors were slightly bent, but installation pulled them straight. The only real issue we had was a hole didn't line up on a small roof piece. We made it work, though.
