Not a long term fix, but works great for what it is! Those of us that have ratings for PT testing, this is perfect! Wrestlers or anyone that needs to just cut down quick and temporarily, It helps shed water pretty quickly and is much better than carrying a spit bottle everywhere! I have used this product several times, and works great every time. No side effects except having to pee....a lot....but that's what it is supposed to do.
