    I purchased the machine for my wife as a surprise. When it showed up, it was packed well, but the machine wouldn't run. After some investigation, we determined that it had gotten damaged somehow in the shipping process. I found a replacement part and we got the machine running and sewing again. The seller was very gracious about everything. We worked out compensation for the damage and all is well. Everything was as described and we feel we got a great value.

    The unit was packed well and arrived in good shape. Everything works as described. The estimated shipping time was way off - delivery in 2-4 days was actually more than 10 days. Seller communication was good, but package tracking was not good. I'm not sure why, but keep that in mind if delivery commitment is important.
