    The item arrived quickly and was well-packaged, but it was the wrong item. I do not blame the seller for the item as it was an issue with the registration from the bike the part came from. Fair enough. They did honor the reutrn, but the issue came after the item was shipped back. The item was sent back via UPS and was attempted delivery 3x. Each time, the carrier attempted to collect payment, but the seller declined. So the item never showed as delivered. Ebay saved the day, but buyer beware.

    You got your refund right away. UPS tried to deliver on dates we were closed. So how is that fair to us? Now you have your refund and we have no brake rotors back that we paid for your shipping to send them back to us. We are at the loss here. We were very courteous & immediately helped you out with return due to the error and you still leave us bad feedback. We just want Ebay members to know both sides of this story. So we do not recommend you as a buyer & make others beware of selling to you!
