Professional packaging, works as intended.
After conversing with a friend of mine about my current (now previous) CPU, he linked me to this. I was amazed to see how cheap it was and was worried about that. Given that it was only like $20 after tax,I figured I'd give it a shot. Received it in a very timely manner and the packaging was professional. Honestly, I nearly thought it was a brand-new processor as it was so well packaged. The only way I could tell it wasn't was some minor blemishing on the chip housing. These circular rub marks are inconsequential at best. After some Noctura paste and reassembly, the chip worked fine. I consider this a big win as this CPU is literally twice that of my previous one being that it has 8 cores HT. The only downside is the loss of some HZ per core which is to be expected when going for higher-core chips.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
