I have tried these on a number of different devices and no matter which brand ie; Apple, Samsung etc. The volume must be at 100% to hear anything and they sound flat and tinny no matter what eq setting you use on the buds or the device. The product is high-quality, has great noise cancellation, however, the right earbud cannot reconnect with your left and jbuds are controlled by the right bud. Poor Battery Life
Earbuds are fine. They sound good, are comfortable and unobtrusive. My poor rating is due to the atrociously poor battery life. I’m lucky to get two and a half hours out of them. Earbuds are not interchangeable. You cannot use them separately.

JABS are dependably good
I have a pair already, bought this pair as back up and because the first pairs getting a bit worn after a year of my abuse. The JLab custom equalizer setting is some of the best sound I have gotten out of any earbuds. Wish they were touch control, but I can live with button pressing. Just be careful not to lose them
