They accepted the return despite their shop policy being “no returns accepted.” The item arrived with exceptional damage (several tears in the stitching) without being mentioned or pictured in the description. Still have not verbally contacted me back yet apologizing for the inaccurate description and poor condition of the skirt. Will be returning. Tbh, I wouldn’t buy from them. Asking for way too much for items in poor condition. So sad.
