    No gluten, soy or dairy

    And no artificial ingredients. Low on carbs, no cereal fillers. Sugar and chewy texture from dates. All varieties have some sort of nut for a little crunch and healthy fat. Egg whites for protein. I like the chocolate varieties with almonds or cashews--- without peanut butter or coconut. Lots of variety. Something for everyone. Ticks all the boxes for me.
