    Package arrived damaged, corner of frame broke off and glass shattered. Seller thinks that I should reframe fans Ll would be good. Seller said If I wanted a refund I needed to send piece back at my expense. I told them they would have to pay to have it returned. I don’t think they know what is required by eBay. I have gotten no where with seller and was ready to contact eBay for help. This is my first bad experience with a seller and I think I have had around 16 purchase in the past years. Help!
