    Significant pilling on 3/4 leggings that were listed as new but had been washed once. When I received them, I thought the 3 pairs had been heavily worn based on the significant pilling. When I contacted the seller, she said she didn’t notice. I don’t see how this could have been missed. After I sent pictures, she offered a partial refund minus her costs to ship it to me and I’d have to cover the cost to send them back. I would not purchase from this seller again.

    I always check my items before shipping. I also make sure my listing is accurate and there are pictures posted, which reflect what the items look like. I 100% disagree with this assertion that they were "heavily worn", as that is not true. They were washed / folded.This buyer waited a week to contact me. If the items were unsatisfactory why wait? I have no idea what was done to the items in that week. I offered a return as a courtesy, and she was quick to say no. This is def not true.
