    I paid full asking price for a German Christmas pyramid listed as undamaged. It was packed carelessly and arrived damaged. The seller responded with refund info but as they are hard to find undamaged I decided to try and fix it. She asked me to let her know. I spent hours cleaning the piece which was covered in sawdust and repairing the broken pieces. I let the seller know the effort it took and asked her to consider a partial refund. She has been unresponsive to multiple emails. Shop elsewhere
