This item was definitely in new condition, although the packaging was a little beat up and the clam shell was even cracked open in some spots. Not a huge concern for this product since it wasn't damaged, but for a more delicate item it could be an issue. This item was a great value over buying new from retailer.

    Great product. Needs programming (pairing)

    Love this product. I purchased 6 of them for different projects. Be aware. They don't come paired. I called Lutron they were a great help and walked me through the process. Wish it was included in the user manual though. Also only comes with one cover plate.

    Quality build, Easy set-up

    I added new LED flood lights...front and back to a large 2 story garage with only one point of control...inside the garage. Now with the Caseta switch and Pico remote, I can control the lights from inside my house...so convenient! They were easy to install and a snap to pair the remotes to the switches.     WICKED PRODUCTS !!!!

    When it comes to ease of installation and use Lutron is it !!! I first started updating my home I got less expensive switches HEADACHES AND HEADACHES !!!! Later I switched to LUTRON DID NOT SAVE A PENNY BUYING CHEAPER JUST HAD TO BUY LUTRON TO REPLACE OTHERS

    Awesome!

    I recently just found out about Lutron, and thier dimmer switches. The benefit of being able to have a remote switch either on the wall or at the table, desk, etc is awesome, to top it off it works with Alexa and with the addition of the Hub, I am able to control through Alexa.
