I contacted the seller, wasn't looking for a refund for a single fish just letting them know the issue. Without hesitation and me asking the supplier sent me a refund. Of course no fish made it and the conditions of the box was rough. I reached out and explained the situation and the owner took 1000% accountability said they’ve expanded to online and still trynna work out the lefts and rights and some employee packed wrongly.
