Only advice I would give is to fix your listing to not say "You will get everything you see in the pictures" and there are two items in the picture, and only send one item. Then when asked about it, imply that the customer just didn't read the listing properly. I'd say that the seller is lucky I am a nice person and it takes a lot for me to leave negative feedback.
