Good Bruin 410 but Limb Failure!!!
The Bruin 410 was easy to assemble and well designed with many good features desired in a fine crossbow. As an engineer I noticed there was close attention to detail that many other crossbows lack. Examples: - very quite by using sound supressors - self locking nuts use for assembly - no rattles from loose fitting parts - adjustable fore stock and butt stock - Riser assembly close fit to rail with 3 screws using lock tite. - Be warned that the butt stock has sharp corners that will scratch your tummy during cocking - Scope mount has tilt if needed to align scope vertically Bow string was raised off the rail on left hand side which raise arrow by 1/32" from rail. I was disappointed the right limb splinted after about 60 shots. Even though the supplier offered to replace the riser/limb assembly I opt to for the refund due to the 1 year warranty.

Limb snapped in first week
When I first got the bow it was missing parts to put the stock on so they overnighted a new stock so I could get out and hunt with it . I used it 3 times in the last week and while in the tree stand this am while loaded the limb out of no where snapped ! Luckily it did not shoot the bolt that was loaded and the safety stayed on but it shattered next to my face 😔. It was cold out this morning but I can't imagine temperature should cause limb failure ....Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Nice crossbow! Well worth the money so far so good! Bolts are cheap but that is expected.. Fore arm handle is weak too but those are the only things I have to complain about... Very fast and well built bow! Scope is even decent.. Cocking rope fits bow nice. I can not wait to finish sighting it in and take it hunting! Nice bow but not for beginners
Really fast and quiet all is good except for the scope! Might as well trash the scope and buy you a new 1 but everything else is really nice and seems to be of good quality and easily assembled... Save yourself the disappointment
Shortly after purchasing this xbow I had a small splinter off of the top left limb. It never got worse until this morning when the lower left limb completely shattered at the mounting point. Up until this point it shot very well although the scope left a lot to be desired. I knew when I bought it that it was low priced , I just didn’t know that it was also very low quality. My brother also purchased one and I will be curious as to how long his will last. VERY disappointed !

I've just discovered that my Bruin Ambush 410 scope mount has a couple of hidden features: - "MOA" adjustment for scope angle. - a broadhead wrench integrated into the buttpad. And while playing with my new toy, I've found that wrapping my forearm with the supplied shoulder sling (SWAT style) helped distribute the bow's front heavy weight more evenly allowing for a more steady aim & way more accurate shot.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

For the price point this crossbow is hard to beat. It comes with everything you need to start shooting. Just put it together, lube it up (wax included) and start shooting. The machining on the riser is high quality and the overall construction too. Trigger pull is not bad. I've seen better but also I've seen a lot worse ones. It gets better once it starts breaking in and you getting used to it. Shoots very accurate even with the supplied bolts. I'm shooting Carbon express piledrivers with Nap spitfire broadheads and getting excellent results at my hunting ranges of 30 to 50 yards.
