As a result I'm stuck with a phone which is unusable due to extreme heating and constant restarting.

Item was new in box (I don't think Sony is sealing these recyclable packaging), and exactly as advertised except for it being the 512GB storage version instead of the 256GB, which is a very happy accident as far as I'm concerned. I wanted to let buyers know that this is a good seller, great communication. I'll buy my next phone from this seller.
