    Shipping and packaging were fine. Value was fine. 1st problem was that the item wasn't Woodsmoke scent as advertised, but instead vanilla bean caramel biscotti. Like those are even close to the same scent. But the worst part is after contacting the seller with pictures of the wrong item, I never get a single response at all! I wanted to give them a chance to make it right, but it looks like they couldn't care less. Don't give them your money.
