    Ouch

    Forgot those muscles existed. Works everything, easy to follow, and the expert's demeanor doesn't make me want to quit immediately. It worked great when my roommate had it a few years ago, it was time to buy my own.

    IT is a great work out system

    I have used this before I had ankle surgery and after it helps me loose the weight fast and safe. It shows you modifications on the exercises. Cons are that it is the same warm up and cool down in each DVD. But I got past that. I will state ounce you have finished the first eight 8 weeks repeat it or try the next level.

    Great workout!

    Amazing! Came with all the work out calendars and nutrition guide. I'm used to working out anywhere from 1-2 hours. I tried the first workout and had me almost quitting until I started pacing myself. About 10 min. Warm up, 30 min. intense exercise. And I mean intense! And about 5 min. cool down. If you're strapped for time then this workout is for you.
