I thought when taking this product there might be a hightened sense of alertness or concentration in some way "drink this mushroom formula befor a test, or while studying" etc. I do not notice any such effect whatsoever. I cannot say what it might do for things like white bloodcell count or inflamation. It might be a very healthy product to add to one's diet.
