    What I expected in a great coffemaker with the Breville name.

    Doing an Internet search for the worlds best automatic home drip coffeemaker this Breville BDC400 series kept coming out forward from online reviews I was reading. When finding a new Breville BDC400 machine "open-box yet new" decided to purchase it. using the cone filter and following directions with the included Breville scoop it makes head-turning coffee without me having to point to the machine. Comments like Wow, Rich, Smooth. I have so far been using McCafe coffee filter ground in the can. I will be acquiring a Burr Grinder and beans for this machine.

    Breville did it! Everything you need to make an awesome HOT cup of coffee. Easy set up, easy to use! Coffee is HOT!! Brew temperature up to 207 degrees. Even after adding cold milk coffee is still hot. Custom settings. Preset settings. Adjustable brew temperature, Adjustable brew strength. Cold coffee , hot coffee, hot water only. Coffee taste is awesome. Not bitter. Warming plate does not burn coffee. BUY IT!!!!

    Best coffee

    I can’t believe how quickly this brews delicious coffee. I love it! And I love that it has the gold setting. I wasn’t so impressed with the single cup brew which was something I was really hoping to use since I went from a keurig to this. But I have actually come to appreciate the automatic brew more so that I wake up to the smell of coffee through the house. I don’t really like how a little water is always left in the reservoir or how it fogs up after brewing and stays that way so that I always have to remove the top or I worry it may grow bacteria. Also I don’t use any of the fancy specialty settings but I imagine others might enjoy them. I received it in a timely manner. I’m super happy with it!

    Great coffee maker for the money!

    Pot of great coffee in 7 minutes. I love it. I just wish the hot plate had a timer you could set. It shuts off after 2 hours and often times we don't finish a pot in 2 hours. Other than that, it's a great coffee maker!
