Nowhere in the description or in the photo did it notify me or any other potential buyer that stamp was cut. I reached out and she admitted she cut the stamp and said it was none of my business what she does with her stamps. I guess lesson learned. Won’t purchase from her anymore. When I offered her a full refund upon return of the item she refused to send it back so she wanted it for free. People shouldn’t get to lie and leave bad feedback because she is a liar and I have screen text to prove it but eBay will always side with a lying buyer that wants free stuff.
