They are a true navy blue color, with no seams, & without restrictive materials in the leg portion, just as socks for people with Diabetes or circulation issues should use. We are very happy with these good quality socks for Diabetics & great price for 12 pair! We are definitely purchasing another set in a different color! AAA+
