Apparently USPS stopped updating the tracking so he decided the package must have been lost, and sent another one. Not a cheap item to replace! He then left me a nice note about the situation. The digital Instructions for download are satisfactory for the job. Capacitors in the kit are cross referenced to the Service Manual however the Transistors and diodes are not.
