I couldn't figure out who sent it and Amazon wouldn't tell me. I then finally figured out that it was an item that I ordered on eBay. Apparently this seller is advertising /selling on eBay but actually ordering the item from Amazon. However, the price I paid on eBay was double what Amazon is selling it for.
