    Great features for the money!

    Very happy once it got setup correctly. I had a couple of issues but finally got them worked out with HP tech support. I wish the printer allowed the user to scan both sides of a document automatically. This feature is not on the 8000 series and only on the 9000 series HP printers.

    Packaging box dented, printer black ribbon was disconnected, missing copier glass - very disappointing, its like someone just threw it in the box and forgot parts, etc

    Hp Printer is the BomB!

    Very nice upgrade from previous Hp Model. After years of using Epson Printers(which are still top notch in my opinion) I switched to Hp Officejet printers mainly due to my background knowledge of the product plus first hand experience installing over 300 printers in my IT Profession. This quite frankly is the best printer I have ever owned/used. Very simple setup using the HP Smart Application tool and print/scan/copy quality is excellent. I recommend HP Products in general based off my experience and usage of them in my professional career and personal life.

    Very impressive

    Owned a Canon printer for 6yrs & died 2 months ago. This printer is superior in my opinion...with a little help from terrific HP support team, my Mac & Samsung android phone were up & printing vivid color docs & beautiful color photographs.. Ink is expensive but, the product is excellent. Highly recommended.
