    Takes edge off anxiety

    While the intended use from name is "Sleep", I have found it very good for taking the edge off of my struggles with anxiety. I have since also tried Solaray's "Nerve" blend, which has some similar ingredients, and with very similar results. While it didn't help my sleep, it really does have a good, natural calming effect. And, I'm glad it's NOT a drug, per se, or like some anti-depression meds. I'd rather be "me", just more calmed, naturally. This does just that.

    Solary Sleep Blend SP-17 is the best!

    I have always had trouble sleeping for a very long time. I tried 1 capsule of this Solary Sleep Blend SP-17 and one melatonin and it puts me to a good sleep. So you don't have to use prescription pills to get a good night sleep. I highly recommend this along with some melatonin.

    For better sleep using a natural product, try this!

    Good product for the price, however, it Is possible it will work for a white then, not as well, as it did for me, but this adjustment in dose in may be great.

    Sweet dreams

    I've used this sleep blend for many years. Melatonin gives me nightmares, and this blend works well with no melatonin. I've tried many formulas but none work as well for me as Solaray Sleep Blend SP-17.
