    The delivery of this item was great..on time...but to my dismay, I discovered I ordered the wrong size, so I did NOT open the 3 boxes, I requested a return and lo and behold the seller sent 1 label for 3 boxes. I sent one box out, and requested 2 more label...No return address so I could not just create my own labels. I have a timeline to return, NO LUCK. Seller wouldn't answer my texts so I got ahold of the home depot where he drop shipped it from, they told me to bring it to my nearest home depot and I would get a refund , they refunded the seller and told me to get with him to get my refund now seller ignores me and this company is in Egypt and this guy drop ships everything from the home depot and steals your money !     Probably the best curved shaft trimmer out there

    This is a much better quality trimmer than the Weedeater Featherlight that I had previously. It is lightweight, well balanced, and seems to cut evenly and quickly. Cranks easily and runs very smoothly. Some users don't like the type of cutting head with the separate piece line replacement, and prefer the tap head, but I actually like the head this has, as the tapping ones are always getting jammed. I also like the curved shaft, although, again, a lot of people prefer the straight shaft trimmers. But I find that I can be better precision and control with the curved shaft. I will say that the shaft could probably be about 3 or 4 inches longer; the trimmer is fine for me at 5'10", but a very tall person might need more length.

    Too short & string replacement a problem

    I'm 5' 10" and the shaft of the trimmer short enough I have to lean over to trim. Also, the trimming line has to be cut in short lengths and replace too often. The auto feed trimmer function would be a nice modification to this trimmer.

    Great power

    Has good power. I’m short and I have to bend over. Might not be comfortable for a tall person. Get the bump head and new line. It came to life after about 30 minutes break-in and some new line. The line it came with took about 20 minutes to eat the whole spool. I’m happy.

    Super Trimmer

    I purchased this trimmer because I had an Echo trimmer for several years and it ran great. I think I just wore it out. I liked the first one so much that when the time came to get another trimmer I wanted another Echo. The new one, just like the older one, runs great. I expect to get many years from the newer one as well.

    Highly Recommended

    Bought this to replace my late dad's old trimmer, which was also an Echo. Once I took it out of the box and added the gas oil mixture, it worked like a charm. With great care, this trimmer should last well.
