The item is as described, the vertical crack under the handle, which is shown in the pictures is more apparent in person. I hope it doesn't get any bigger.

    Very poor packaging, damaged goods.

    I was disappointed when I received the package. There was no packing material to protect the ballasts from moving inside the box. Since there were 10 units in a large nearly mt box the wires were all tangled up in knots and the monting brackets were bent and distorted. Even black paint was scuffed off the ballasts themselves. Fortunately all still worked well. I suggest packing material needs to be used.
