    No response to messages. Gives a 3 week window for shipping but never gives a tracking. Several messages asking for tracking with no response. I needed by date stated on shipping window. That was 3 days ago and still no response. I tried to cancel knowing I wasn’t going to get in time and needed to buy another one and seller denied request to cancel and still didn’t answer about tracking. I bought this for a job I was doing and planned it based on 100% for reviews and believed the shipping

    This Item never came and I still have not gotten a response from the seller! Ebay also could not get a tracking number from this seller and I had to file through Ebay to get my money back which they granted. A second one was sold so I hope the buyer of the second counter top tray sees this and has better luck than I did.
