I have messaged them daily and not only have they been been reluctant to find a solution but have not at acknowledged that I expressed the time sensitive need for this unit. The only thing I noticed that could've potentially counted as a negative was the box was a little roughed up...but the box was SEALED with the Apple green pull tabs, 'Apple certified refurbished' sticker on the box, and an OEM extra Apple Sport Band I wasn't expecting based on the description so I am happy.
