    Would not return although requested the day of arrival as it was not as anticipated. Gave an unacceptable response and rationale. Product was fine but not what I expected - my mistake for not reading description well, but a refund should be offered. Shipping was costly for an itty sticker!!

    Hi Peggy, you purchased a magnet, not a sticker. My understanding is you did not know it was a magnet because you did not read the description or look at the images provided previous to purchasing. Even though this was custom printed new, and not eligible for return. Unable to refund the manufacturer's cost, we did our best to offer you a refund of any funds we received, which you ignored. You opted to keep the magnet, and send hostile messages.
