Phone and Camera kit is Brand New - however, the camera kit did not work, I communicated this to the seller, and they've asked me to send the kit back for a replacement in 2 weeks, it has been 1 week. I wanted to let buyers know that this is a good seller, great communication. I'll buy my next phone from this seller.

Item was new in box (I don't think Sony is sealing these recyclable packaging), and exactly as advertised except for it being the 512GB storage version instead of the 256GB, which is a very happy accident as far as I'm concerned.
