      Great salt substitute.

      Great seasoning for those who need to eliminate salt from your diet. It includes many spices I normally use for cooking anyway and it only takes a little while to get used to the absence of salt.

      Great substitute for salt.

      I was introduced to this product in the hospital as a salt replacement . I have been using this product ever since, about 4 years, as a very good substitute for salt. The product is quite expensive unless you can find on it E-BAY.

      Mrs Dash comes to the rescue

      Needed to move to a low sodium diet for health reasons, so ordered this product. It is amazing how much flavour this seasoning imparts to the food. Though I still miss the salt a little I am assured that it will wear off and Mrs Dash is easing the transition in the meantime.
