      5 Stars all around, starting with the communication, from day one this seller was clear and responsive with what whatever questions I had whether it was the product or shipping. The shipping time was extremely fast and allowed me to keep track of everything as well. The product itself was kept safe by layers of wrapping allowing no damage to be done through shipping everything was exactly how I ordered they even threw in a free Japanese lure.       Communication was sub par. Tracking information was not accurate. Packaging was terrible. Wrapped in plastic. This was a reel I originally purchased from the seller for $60 cheaper but was sent the wrong reel(rt hand reel) then returned it and bought it again unfortunately I wasn’t paying attention and it was the same seller, this time they shipped the correct reel but packaging was terrible (see pic) not in a box lucky it wasn’t damaged and tracking was not accurate.
