Sound bar should have been shipped in a shipping box instead of just the retail box. The retail box was not thick enough for rough handling by the carrier! I Have yet to test/hookup the Memorex 27.5” Bluetooth Soundbar, but it appears to be new, complete, and looks good. The Shipping was fast and the value is solid. I would personally buy again from this seller and would recommend them to others, as they had no way of knowing the item was damaged and took quick responsibility to refund my money.
