    I ordered these Lego pieces so my granddaughter could make a birthday banner. The picture posted was not what I received and I did not receive the correct quantity. I contacted the seller. The seller replied I could keep the Lego pieces and I would receive a partial refund. The seller also said I should try another seller which I did.
