This is what taking chances is all about, after all. Still, the diversity contained here only confirms Coroner's standing as one of the most overlooked and underappreciated acts of the era. ~ Eduardo Rivadavia.
NotesLimited green colored vinyl LP pressing. Coroner's fifth and final album for Noise Records was GRIN and was originally released in 1993. This album saw the band move even further forward with sonic diversity and encapsulated a more groove lead sound with industrial elements, which were popular during the mid-nineties. It's songs were longer, more complex and the most experimental the band have ever written. GRIN is a technical marvel and in '96 was risky and very ahead of it's time which has led to it being hailed, posthumously as an innovative classic of it's genre.
