    Perfect Choice!

    The modem/router was very easy to install following the included instructions. There were separate instructions for those of us who were replacing an existing router. I know it may not be important, but I really like the colors of the leds on the front. My previous Motorola only had green leds. I've been using this product for a week and it performs flawlessly, even when the power went out today, it picked right up when the power was restored. I also have excellent WiFi in my office that is in another room.

    One channel kept cutting out

    Very easy to set up but the 2.4 ghz channel kept cutting on and off. My laptop isn't set up for 5G so it was a real issue. Lead me to cancel changing internet carriers as I couldn't rely on this model to do the job. I'm working at home and we use internet TV so it wasn't an option to wait around. Returned to my old internet provider and returned the product.

    Motorola MG7540

    Good modem/router forma the price. Fully compatible with Vyve Internet. I suggest you to tweak the settings to get the full broadband speed on 2.4 and 5GHZ. An extender may also be required because its wifi range is not awesome.

    Perfect fit for our new service and it was easy to install.

    I was ready with my Modem, when Comcast showed up they hooked it up but they do not do home networking. But i figured it out and I was able to change the p/w on the modem -- very easy. This is a great product and the tech from Comcast agreed! Thank you
