BETTER THAN SALT
I have been using Vege-Sal for decades and l like it better than salt. This is a low sodium substitute with small amount of mineral sea and earth salt crystals but mostly vegetable mixture. I don't have to worry about other foods that might contain large amounts of salt. The only salt shaker I have is for helping water to boil and don't use it very often. Sometimes at restaurants I want a little salt on certain foods and what is on the table doesn't taste as good. I was carrying a small shaker of Vege-Sal for a while but just do without salt when I eat out now. When you buy it make sure you are getting Vege-Sal - it used to just have that name (they changed the labels) but now they are promoting the brand SPIKE and there are other flavor products so read the box to make sure what you are buying.
