The teapot was packed very safely with crumpled paper and some vinyl padding. Both the inside and outside were clean with no cracks or scratches—just as pictured. Each small piece was wrapped and packed Into a larger container which it too was wrapped and packed. The Shipping was fast, 3 days. And they went way above and beyond to show every angle, And every small nick and scratch to describe the items. And they worked with me on my offers without any form of Haggle. I only wish every seller would Idolize this as the selling template.

Again, there was not any breakage, but felt it could've/should've been packed more tightly.
