    Hard to use

    It worked just fine but it's harder to use than regular epoxy. I waited too long and it got away from me. So follow directions and you'll be good.

    Product never set after application

    Not sure if it was the specific package that I received, or the product in general. But the epoxy never set. Used it on a crack in the kitchen sink. After 4 days, it was still tacky. Ended up scraping it out.
