- f***_ (60)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseItem arrived defective. Hands sewn on backwards and eyes detached from mask. I provided photos. Item was shipped significantly later than description. Contacted the seller in good faith to remedy. I was completely understanding. However seller offered me $8 each for both unusable costumes. I spent over $160. I now have two unusable poor quality costumes. Seller will state they worked hard to remedy, however they were callus once contacted. I ordered a youth small (110 - 120 cm). I received a youth medium (120 - 130cm). I notified the seller that I received the wrong size and wanted an exchange. They insisted that they sent the right size. I sent photos of costume to confirm the youth medium size. The seller refuses to make it right.
