Similar model, different strap. I ask what happened and they said they had already emailed me a return label earlier. They didn’t and I even asked for a screenshot of it and they just didn’t respond. Too bad these hats were sent directly to my embroidery shop who did the job on them because I trusted that they sent the correct hats so it’s not like I can return them.
