    I purchased this pillow for my mother because she could not sleep at night due to an ear sore. The seller supposedly shipped package 4 days later. I waited for the expected arrival date 2 weeks later. meanwhile my mothers sore is almost healed by now. still no package. messaged the seller about the pillow only to receive no response. waited a couple more days still no package. i had to open a return request because i never got the package nor did the package ever get scanned at Post office.
