    Item listed as new but arrived clearly used: box was ripped, taped shut, motherboard packed in an unsealed bag, no manual, missing I/O shield film, thermal pad films removed, CPU socket cover loose. Seller offered only a minimal partial refund if I tested motherboard and found it in working order. I accepted to avoid reinstalling, but this was not a fair resolution. This was an extremely disappointing experience. I would not buy from this seller again and strongly advise others to use caution.

    I love Samsung phones, TVS, but after buying Samsung tablets that are to slow not enough speed and compatibility issues throwing them in the trash for years because Samsung still or won't make a great tablet with support, we choose Lenovo let's face Lenovo makes great PCS, software security developer, they made the Lenovo Tab P11 Plus, 11.0" IPS Touch 400 nits, 4GB, 128GB, Android 11 which has great reviews awesome speed way cheaper than Samsung, now you can play games surf enjoy what a tablet should deliver, at an affordable price my kids will enjoy them for years to come unlike Samsung tablets that are to slow over rated, well that's my review and opinion from experience, because people should get what they pay for, and in today's economy technology is an investment also.
